- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rum
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Add the milk to cover up to 1/2 of the chocolate.

2Also add sugar.

3Heat slowly until thick and smooth.

4Add the rum.

5Let cool to room temperature.

6Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff.

7Beat the whipping cream until stiff.

8Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites, then fold chocolate mixture into whipping cream.

9You can top with additional whipping cream and chocolate swirls, if desired.
