- 1 1/2 Tbsp. bitter chocolate powder
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 egg whites
- 2 pinches cream of tartar
Directions

1Melt honey and chocolate over a low flame.

2Beat egg whites fast.

3Add cream of tartar and beat until egg whites are stiff. Quickly fold in chocolate mixture.

4Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours.
