  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 splenda packet)
  • 14 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of strawberry sugar free preserves

Directions

    Mix together bisquick, protein powder, milk, and Splenda.

    Pour a small amount onto griddle.
