- 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Melt chocolate slowly in 2 tablespoons liquid cream.

2Chill this mixture to lukewarm and stir in egg yolk.

3Whip remaining cream and mix carefully with chocolate mixture.

4Beat egg whites firmly and mix in carefully.

5Chill in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
