  • 1 bar Lindt or Toblerone chocolate
  • 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites

    Melt chocolate slowly in 2 tablespoons liquid cream.

    Chill this mixture to lukewarm and stir in egg yolk.

    Whip remaining cream and mix carefully with chocolate mixture.

    Beat egg whites firmly and mix in carefully.

    Chill in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
