- 7 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. your favourite flavour liqueur
- 5 Tbsp. icing sugar, divided
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 3 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, curled
Directions

1Mix melted chocolate, 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks until well blended.

2Blend in liqueur.

3Beat 2 egg whites with electric mixer on medium speed until foamy.

4Add 3 Tbsp.

5of the icing sugar; beat until stiff shiny peaks form.

6Fold whipped cream into egg whites.

7Carefully fold chocolate mixture into egg white mixture.

8Pour into plastic wrap-lined 4-cup mixing bowl.

9Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.

10Unmold onto serving plate.

11Remove plastic wrap.

12Decorate with chocolate curls and remaining 2 Tbsp.
