- 6 Tbsp. grated bitter chocolate
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Scald milk, chocolate and sugar to almost boiling.

2Soak gelatin in the cold water and add to hot mixture.

3When cold and slightly thickened, flavor with cinnamon and vanilla.

4Fold in whipped cream.

5Freeze.
