  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 pkg. Baker's German's sweet cooking and eating chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. heavy sweet cream
  • bitter chocolate shavings

Directions

    Melt bar of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water over low heat.

    Stir constantly until chocolate is melted.

    Add instant coffee and let cool.

    Add vanilla.

    Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to medium consistency.

    Fold chocolate mixture into cream.

    Pour into pie shell and chill.

    Garnish with bitter chocolate shavings.
