Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur or concentrated orange juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- orange slices
- chocolate cookie crumbs, grated chocolate and fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions

1Place chocolate in top of double boiler and melt.

2Add Grand Marnier or orange juice; stir.

3Remove from heat.

4In blender, beat egg yolks and eggs for 2 minutes.

5Add sugar; continue to blend on medium to high speed until smooth and creamy.

6Pour into mixing bowl.

7Fold in whipped cream, then melted chocolate mixture.

8Pour into pie plate and cover.

9Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

10Garnish.
