  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 15/16 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 1/4 tablespoons melted butter

    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.

    In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs.

    Then stream in the buttermilk and melted butter while constantly whisking.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and beat until the flour is just absorbed.

    Line a muffin pan with paper liners, or grease each tin.

    Fill 2/3 full with batter.
