- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp stevia
- 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400F.

2Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, stevia, and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips into a large bowl and mix

3Pour all the liquid ingredients into a measuring jug and mix

4Now mix and dry and wet ingredients together

5Spoon into the prepared muffin cases and then bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are dark, risen and springy.
