- 10 biscuits (left from breakfast)
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Crumble biscuits and pour milk over them.

2Set aside.

3In medium bowl, mix eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.

4Add to biscuit mixture.

5Mix well and pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.

6Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
