  • 10 biscuits (left from breakfast)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Crumble biscuits and pour milk over them.

    Set aside.

    In medium bowl, mix eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.

    Add to biscuit mixture.

    Mix well and pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.

    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
