- 1 34 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan; bake 8 minutes.

3Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.

4In small saucepan, melt milk with 1 cup ships and vanilla; spread mixture over prepared crust; top with remaining chips and and nuts and press down firmly.

5Bake 25-30 minutes.

6Cool (chill if desired).
