- 2 eggs
- 1 c. C&H granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. each flaked coconut, quick cooking oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, beat eggs until creamy and pale yellow in color, about 5 minutes.

3Beat in sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.

4Stir in coconut, oats and chocolate. Pour into pie shell.

5Bake 40 to 50 minutes until nutty brown. Cool on rack; refrigerate to chill before serving.
