- 125g white chocolate melts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 30g butter
- 3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup custard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 125g OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookies
Directions

1Combine chocolate, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan, and stir over a low heat until chocolate and butter have melted.

2Remove from heat and whisk in eggs.

3Add flour, custard powder and baking powder.

4Stir until well combined.

5Fold through the Oreos.

6Pour into a lined 20 x 20cm slice tin.

7Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.

8Allow to cool and cut into squares to serve.
