  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt, Divided
  • 18 teaspoons Chili Powder

    Preheat your oven to 345 degrees F and get out your food processor.

    Dump the cheese, softened butter, flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and all the spices into food processor.

    Pulse until all the ingredients are well incorporated into each other.

    Dump the mixture out onto a lightly floured surface and use your hands to bring it together, forming a ball of dough.

    If the consistency allows, roll the dough out into a very thin layer to 1/8 of an inch.

    If the dough is too loose to roll, put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

    Once the dough is rolled out, you can now cut the dough.

    You can use cookie cutters, or a pizza cutter for regular cracker shapes.

    Place the crackers onto a cookie sheet covered with a baking mat or waxed paper.

    Take a fork and prick the dough to let the air through.

    Then sprinkle the cracker dough with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
