  • 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. peanuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except peanuts in saucepan and heat, stirring constantly to a full boil.

    Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boils slowly for 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in peanuts and beat until candy starts to thicken.

    Drop from spoon on wax paper.
  6. 6
    Makes 15 to 20.
