- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions

1Cut wax paper into a 15x10-inch rectangle; butter paper.

2In a saucepan, over low heat, melt peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.

3Cool slightly.

4With fingers, press evenly into a thin layer to cover wax paper.

5Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.

6In same saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remaining sweetened condensed milk.

7Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

8Spread evenly over peanut butter layer.

9Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

10Beginning at 15-inch side, roll up tightly, jelly roll fashion without wax paper.

11Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

12Chill 2 hours or until firm.
