Chocolate Pecan Pie

  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large can milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 deep dish pie shells

Directions

    Mix sugar and cocoa together, then add egg and mix well.

    Melt margarine and add to sugar mixture until blended.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Put 1 cup nuts into pie crust.

    Pour half of mixture into each crust.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until you can shake pie and it seems solid.
