  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa and stir into hot milk.

    Cook until thick.

    Add beaten egg yolks, stirring well.

    Add vanilla and oleo and beat again.

    Pour into baked crust.

    Top with whipped egg whites made from 3 egg whites and bake.
