  • 4 squares bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 squares semisweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 pie crusts
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings

Directions

    Melt the chocolates using a double boiler.

    Cream together the powdered sugar and butter and combine gently with the melted chocolate.

    Stir in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, beating with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes after each egg, until mixture appears light in color and fluffy in texture.

    Spread mixture into pre-prapared and cooled Pie Crusts.
