  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. water

    a bowl in the microwave on High until thick, stirring occasionally. Cool until center is cool, stirring often. Pour into a baked pie crust and top with meringue. Brown the meringue in a slow oven about 325° until lightly brown. Cook pie crust alone before adding filling at 400° until brown.
