Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can Pet milk (filled with water to make a full c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla
  • 1 block Parkay oleo, 2-inches long

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.

    Add Pet milk and water.
  3. 3
    Add beaten egg yolks to mixture. Add vanilla, salt and Parkay.

    Put this on high heat and stir constantly until thick. Take off and beat lumps out, then pour into a baked pie shell.

    Add meringue on top and bake in a 325° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
