- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooked
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1In double boiler combine Eagle Brand milk, chocolate and salt. Cook and stir until thick.

2Gradually add hot water.

3Continue stirring and cooking until mixture thickens (2 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Chill mixture in refrigerator and cool, then fold in whipping cream.

6Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
