  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • few grains of salt
  • 8 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

    Beat egg whites with a few grains of salt; add sugar and cream of tartar.
