  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. box Jell-O pudding (cook and serve, not instant)

Directions

    Beat egg yolks until light and lemon color, add sugar and milk. Sprinkle pudding mix over this and mix well.

    Cook according to directions for the pudding.

    Let set for 5 minutes then pour into a 9-inch baked pie crust.

    Add meringue and bake in 400° oven until meringue is browned.
