  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
  • 1 c. sweet milk (warmed)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2-3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, cocoa, and flour.

    Slowly add mixture to warm milk and egg yolks.

    Cook until thick in top of double boiler.

    Add butter and vanilla beating well.

    Spread meringue on top.
