  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks (save whites)
  • 1/4 c. cocoa

    Combine last 4 ingredients with 1/2 cup of milk, mix with a mixer.

    Add to rest of milk and bring to a boil slowly.

    I use a hand mixer to make pudding creamier.
