   Have pie shell baked.

   Combine sugar, flour and cocoa and sift together real good.

   This keeps your pie from lumping.

   Slowly add milk, eggs and butter.

   Cook until thickened.

   Pour into pie shell.

   Top with egg whites.

   Brown egg whites.
