  • 4 egg yolks plus 1 whole egg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 c. regular milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, flour and cocoa.

    Mix together.

    Add milk and margarine; stir until mixed together well.

    Cook on medium heat until thick.

    Pour into two baked 9-inch pie shells. Cover pies with meringue.

    Bake in a 300° oven until lightly browned.
