- 12 cup light corn syrup
- 14 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 8 cups popcorn
Directions

1Over medium heat, using a 4-quart pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, margarine, cocoa, and salt and bring to a boil.

2Once the mixture is well mixed, add the popped corn.

3Cook and stir until popcorn is coated, approximately 2 minutes.
