- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

1Place chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Place over a saucepan of gently simmering water (do not let base of bowl touch water). Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cream and vanilla extract. Pour into 4-6 serving bowls or glasses.
