  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Cream butter and Crisco.

    Add sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

    Pour in a greased and floured tube pan.
