- 2 sticks softened oleo
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cream the first 3 ingredients together.

2Add eggs singularly and beat well after each addition.

3Sift cocoa, flour and baking powder together.

4Add alternately the flour mixture and milk, blending well.

5Turn into greased Teflon pan or grease and flour regular pan.

6Bake at 275° to 300° for approximately 2 hours.
