  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Cream margarine and oil with sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.

    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

    Frost with One Minute Chocolate Frosting.
