  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In a food processor, finely chop bread for 2 cups of crumbs. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs.

    Stir in milk. Add vanilla. Bake in a 10 x 10-inch baking dish at 350° until firm.

    May be served with whipped cream flavored with Scuppernong wine.
