Chocolate Pudding

Directions

   In the top of a double boiler, stir together flour, sugar and cocoa.

   Gradually whisk in milk.

   Cook until hot.

   Beat egg and tempure it by adding a cup of the hot milk mixture into it.

   Add egg mixture into the pudding.

   Cook until thick.

   Add in vanilla and butter.

   This is good served either warm or cold.
