  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/3 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1/3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 cups boiling water

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together.

    Add milk and mix.

    Melt chocolate and butter together in a separate dish.

    Cool slightly then add to the cake batter and mix well.

    Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch pan.

    Sauce: Combine sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa together and sprinkle over the cake batter.
