  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes instant pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 13 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 300° until slightly brown.

    Let cool.

    Mix cream cheese, 4 1/2 ounces Cool Whip and sugar.

    Spread on crust.

    Spread 1/3 of 13 1/2-ounce Cool Whip on top.

    Mix pudding and milk until thick.

    Spread on top of mixture, then spread remaining Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
