  • 2 boxes (4 serving size) chocolate pudding mix (cooked)
  • 1 box (4 serving size) vanilla pudding mix (cooked)
  • 4 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 carton whipped topping, thawed

Directions

    Cook together the pudding mixes and milk until thick.

    Cool until lukewarm or cooler.

    Blend the flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, margarine and 1/4 cup pecans as for pastry.

    Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Cream 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

    Blend in a regular size Cool Whip.
