  • 8 tablespoons Chambord
  • 1/2 pint Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Crushed chocolate cookies

    Let ice cream soften enough so that it is scoopable. Divide 1/3 pint into two small bowls. Drizzle 4 tbsp of Chambord onto ice cream. Top with raspberries and crumbled cookies.
