- 1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- Nestle cocoa (optional)
- confectioners sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. seedless raspberry jam
Directions

1In heavy gauge saucepan, combine morsels, heavy cream and butter.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in raspberry jam.

3Cover with plastic wrap.

4Freeze 20 minutes.

5Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined cookie sheet.

6Freeze 15 minutes.

7Roll into balls.

8Freeze until firm. Coat each ball with cocoa or confectioners sugar (optional). Makes 4 dozen.
