Chocolate Refrigerator Roll

Directions

   Stir vanilla extract into whipped cream or frozen whipped topping; spread 1 1/2 to 2 cups on wafers.

   Put wafers together in stacks of 4 or 5.

   On serving platter, stand stacks on edge to make one roll; frost with remaining whipped cream or topping. Chill 4 to 6 hours; if desired, garnish with chocolate curls.

   To serve, slice diagonally at 45° angle.
