- 1 3/4 ounces roasted hazelnuts shelled
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup potato flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 5/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Crush the hazelnuts using a food processor.

3In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until light and frothy.

4Sieve the flours, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

5Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, a little at a time, alternating with the oil.

6Pour into a greased and floured 24-centimeter ring mold, and coat with the hazelnuts.

7Place the pan in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
