- 6 ounces chocolate chips, melted
- 1 ounce almond extract
- 12 cup sour cream
- 4 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1 12 cups powdered sugar
- 34 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cocoa
- 12-34 cup dark rum
- 1 cup ground pecans
Directions

1Comine melted chocolate, sour cream and almond extract and set aside.

2In separte bowl combine wafers and other ingredients.

3Mix well until it holds.

4Chill first (1 hour) as it is easier to work with.

5MIx all together.

6Shape into balls and roll in additional powdered sugar.

7Keep in refigeratior.

8Can be frozen.
