  • 3 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar + 1/2 c.
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/3 c. rum
  • 1/3 c. syrup

Directions

    In large bowl, stir cookie crumbs and pecans and 1 cup powdered sugar and cocoa.

    Stir in rum and syrup.

    Stir until well blended.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

    Store in tightly covered container.
