Chocolate Salad Dressing Cake

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 can frosting
Directions

1Mix all until nice and smooth.

2Add 1 cup of cold water.

3Mix again.

4Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.

5Cool and frost with your favorite frosting.

6This cake is nice and moist just like ones with eggs and shortening.

7Makes 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake.
