  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 lb. butter cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. rum
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds

Directions

  1. 1
    In a large bowl beat the egg yolks and the sugar, when it's creamy add the cookies crumbled in large pieces, rum and melted butter, cocoa and then almonds.
  2. 2
    Mold the mixture into the shape of a salami, then roll it on confectioners sugar and wrap it with aluminum foil, put in the fridge for a few hours then slice it and serve.
