- 6 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter/margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar and cocoa together.

2Add milk and water.

3Mix well. Bring to a boil.

4Cook until a ball forms in cold water.

5Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

6Separate egg whites from yolks.

7Beat egg whites until stiff.

8Add yolks and continue beating until stiff.

9Pour hot Chocolate Sauce over eggs and stir well.

10Serve over warm biscuits!
