- 48 ounces bittersweet chocolate, tempered
- Cocoa butter, melted
- Powdered food coloring in various colors
- Ice cubes
- 16 to 32 ounces bittersweet chocolate, untempered
- Bubble wrap
- Fish mold or shell
- Tall, round plastic container
