  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 6 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 box sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
